- Owner/administrator of component change process including change in suppliers, second sourcing, raw material change and supplier EOL
- Administrator of component change projects (Engineering Records/ERs) from receipt, through Create-10 and through to closure at status HVM-60
- Review validity, scope, and urgency of all incoming component change within job scope and prioritize accordingly
- Work with Commodities, Sourcing and other Global Operations organizations to standardize supplier change notification submission
- Manage, monitor, and expedite progress by working across internal organizations and with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time task execution
- Ensure timely implementation of replacement parts to avoid stockout situations
- Provide reports on all managed ERs for management to track execution of Role and Requirements of position
- Manage notification of change to Customer Change Managers and internal stakeholders
- Data Analysis of forecast and supply throughout project workflow; internal and external inventory status review and critical dates review
- Calculate and organize require Last Time Buy (LTB) and risk buys when necessary to cover timeframe needed for design, qualification and implementation of replacement parts
- Checks that “Material Disposition” (X-plant status) and “Where-Used” are updated correctly and in accordance with project phase
- Ensure all documents are recorded and store in project file (ER) and that documents and Notes are updated to facilitate cross-team communication, traceability, and for audit purposes
- Ensure all critical tasks are properly executed, and coordinate system updates and inventory control for the cut-in both internally and externally (CMs)
- Chair related meetings including Intake, CCB, CCM, etc. and make and document necessary decisions
**PREREQUISITES**
- Min 3 years of experience working in hi-tech manufacturing environment within change control organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Materials/Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management, or similar
- Experience within the Semiconductor/Capital Equipment industry in Change Control, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and/or Quality will be preferred.
- Knowledge on forecast, planning, project management and change control
- Understanding on Bill of Material structure (Product structure, Generic vs. Customization, Options and Kits) and revision changes
- Prior experience in change implementation, data analytics, project or engineering management, and tracking and reports
- Knowledge of new product introduction, PLC processes, Engineering Change workflows, and Change Control requirements
- Experience in working and interfacing with cross functional teams. Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional organization and drive changes.
- Experience in managing multiple projects using project management skills and tools
- Experience with SAP and/or major ERP/MRP systems and processes at user level will be a plus.
