**Responsibilities**:
1. In the project construction design and preparation stage, according to the ship's own performance and the actual situation of offshore construction to review the reasonableness of the design scheme, put forward professional suggestions;
2. Responsible for providing professional guidance and support to the construction team management, construction process improvement and efficiency enhancement;
3. Responsible for the project site construction organization and management, cooperate with the captain to fully perform the ship management duties, command the ship construction to complete the project work;
4. Responsible for organizing and holding the necessary regular meetings and related thematic meetings and supervising and guiding the implementation of the work after the meeting;
5. Strictly supervise and implement the established project construction procedures and operation plans, actively promote the progress of on-site construction, regularly analyze the progress of project construction, and propose corrective measures to the project manager.

**Requirements**:
1. More than 5 years of experience in offshore construction management of underwater structures, electro-hydraulic flying leads, cross-joints, etc., SURF, pre-commissioning and pipe and cable laying;
2. More than 5 years construction management experience in MSV and pipe and cable laying vessel;
3. Successful completion of more than 2 deepwater underwater structures, electro-hydraulic flying leads, SURF installation and pre-commissioning projects
