**Job Duties**
- Self-driven and self-motivated individual
- Effectively Bilingual
- Experience in beautician / skincare / TCM Spa will be a plus
- Makes professional recommendations on treatment packages and
products to customers
- Achieve sales targets and outcome within schedule
- Provide professional treatments and massage to clients
- Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
- Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
- Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from
burning/injuring customers)
- Provide high quality customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all
safety and sanitation policies
- Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
- Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth

**Job Requirements**
- Full-Time/Permanent Position
- Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers.)
- Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am-9pm) and
weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)
- Good customer service and sales skills
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
