**Job Summary**

As a Product Management Associate at Emerson, you will play a vital role in supporting the product management team in the development and execution of product strategies. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for product management and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the product lifecycle.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Assist in gathering and synthesizing market data to advise product strategy and decision-making.
- **Product Development Support**: Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products. Assist in defining product requirements, conducting user testing, and providing feedback on product features and designs.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in project coordination and tracking to ensure timely and successful execution of product initiatives. Help manage project timelines, milestones, and results, and communicate progress to team members.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate documentation of product requirements, specifications, and project plans. Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate key findings, progress updates, and recommendations to internal team members.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on product initiatives. Support communication and coordination between different departments to ensure project success.
- **Product Performance Analysis**: Assist in supervising and analyzing product performance metrics and key performance indicators. Help supervise product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends related to product management. Proactively seek learning opportunities and take initiative to develop new skills and knowledge.

**Who You Are**:
**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for product innovation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Prior internship or work experience in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
