**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in leading, planning, and managing full-stack development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support business teams in scoping requirements and computing costs.
- Analyze the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and assist in guiding the development team.
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and plans using Scrum methodology.
- Facilitate communication between design, development teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Participate in and organize Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on developments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and team velocity.
- Support the enforcement of coding standards and implementation of modern development methodologies (e.g., DevOps, automated testing).
- Assist in mentoring team members in environment creation and management, including Domain, DNS, and hosting.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with full-stack development concepts and basic proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP) technologies.
- Understanding of databases (MySQL), APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and software design patterns.
- Exposure to Scrum methodology and agile project management tools.
- Interest in LAMP server management, DevOps, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Some experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Interest in obtaining certification in Scrum or other agile methodologies.
