**Contexte et environnement***:
The position will be based in Singapore headquarters, with projects located across Singapore.
- Knowledge in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Knowledge in energy markets in Singapore/Asia, ideally in solar industry
- Experience in construction projects or technical development of projects

The job is performed both in office and possibly on project sites with high attention to TotalEnergies values and especially to HSE. Site visits will be performed outside of office.

**Activités***:
**Project Development**
- Support the technical team in business development
- Collate technical information gathered from site visits and sales team for preliminary design/assessment
- Coordinate technical studies (layouts, yield and load analysis, project costs...) with our internal Engineering Center
- Assist to prepare technical proposals to customers

**Project Management**
- Assist to coordinate between sales, engineering, client and contractors to prepare projects for execution
- Prepare tenders and evaluate proposals of contractors in accordance with TotalEnergies’ values and rules
- Participate in HSE and quality discussions

**Corporate development**
- Help create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for projects
- Develop project costs templates and references
- Assistance in documentation work (contract signatures, archiving...)
- Student in engineering degree (electrical or mechanical), preferably in energy or related field(s)
- Strong analytical skills
- High proficiency in English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of engineering and solar specific software (Helioscope, Meteonorm, PVSyst) highly valued.
- Familiarity with HSE requirements
