This position reports to the director and E-Infinity is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises proper adminstrative duties, continuous improvement, accounting work and on-going development of the company.
**Individual to be involved in**:
1. Employee orientation and training documents and recordkeeping.
2. Assist with daily administrative team duties.
3. Invoicing, book keeping of company accounts,administrative and office support activities. Duties may include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
4. Assist to prepares monthly financial reports,handle all accounts receivable & payable.
5. Proper maintain all account documents, Processing of invoices, prepare cheque payments and billing"
6. Assist in company daily operations
7. Any ad hoc given
**Competencies**:
1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing adminstrative process, objectives and processes.
2. Gain experience with PR skills,Invoice and payroll payments, not forgetting customer service.
3.Calculation of company revenue, statement and reports
4. Ensure company all financial transaction well documented and filled correctly.
