**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support trade operations from post-executions through settlement
- Reconcile (cash and positions) between the clients’ front office systems and their prime brokers/custodians. Investigate and resolve the identified breaks
- Liaise with our clients and their counterparties to ensure trade support issues are resolved on the same day to avoid/minimize settlement failures
- Work with third-party matching systems (such as, CTM, Traiana and more) and custodian portals to ensure proper matching and settlement across a variety of asset types
- Maintain and update static data used in various systems, such as SSIs in ALERT
- Liaise directly with clients’ counterparties/prime brokers each day to agree cash flow calculations, particularly for FX and OTC Derivatives positions; resolve trade/settlement discrepancies
- Develop and maintain documents for Operating Procedures
- Work on projects on other areas within Middle Office to meet clients’ requirements for new products and services
- Maintain the integrity of the SLAs sitting between MUFG and clients
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

**Key Requirements**
- Working knowledge of baseline financial products such as: Bonds, Swaps, Futures, Options, Equities
- Baseline knowledge of Financial Markets
- Knowledge of popular trading strategies within current financial markets
- Knowledge of Confirmation Settlement process from an operational perspective
- Knowledge of Cash and Position Reconciliations
- University or College business degree with a concentration in Finance or other applicable business areas
- Relevant designation in accounting, finance, or management is an asset
- 2-4 Years experience in a Middle/Back Office role or Professional environment
