To this end, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Digital Transformation who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- Responsibilities- Analyze requirements and define the scope of the project as well as objectives to ensure that they are technically feasible;
- Track progress according to milestones and goals and communicate it to key stakeholders;
- Identify risks, and prepare contingency and recovery plans in the event of project delays.
- Oversee implementation, delivery, and closure to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and schedule
- Lead 2 or more project streams with successful turnarounds
- Qualifications- Demonstrable experience of the successful project management of large and complex projects requiring implementation and change management.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile techniques and ability to scale methodologies to the requirements and nature of the project
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in driving Internal & External parties, ability to lead without direct authority.
- Ability to excel in a changing environment with evolving requirements and to participate to the improvement of the product.
- Project management certifications would be an advantage;
