**Position**:
Quality Assurance/Process Improvement Coordinator

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Assist the Quality Manager in managing and ensuring compliance and certification to ISO and other related certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Prepares for and works with external auditors to ensure that company maintains its certifications.
- Assists in preparation for Management Reviews annually.
- Involvement in quality related projects such as the Process Performance - Improvements Log, reviewing issues sent to determine any internal errors and potential impact and logging data accordingly
- Enter data into Global complaint log for both internal and external customers/issues.
- Initiates, document and ensure corrective actions for both internal and external issues, ensuring completion in appropriate time frame. Works with cross functional groups to identify root causes and potential solutions.
- Interacts with customers and represents Quality in any customer-related audits as necessary. Coordinates and ensures that customer-related requirements are addressed and maintained.
- Create and maintain an audit schedule.
- Conduct/coordinate and ensures internal audits are carried out for specified processes.
- Initiates, issues, documents and monitors corrective and preventive actions/reports of any audit activity.
- Manages the Document Control system, in compliance with the QMS
- May be required to perform quality related training with personnel on process improvements, location of documents.
- Ensures that the provisions in the Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA) - Singapore; together with any applicable regulations and corporate EHSMS is complied with.
- Undertakes Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis whenever required.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a Quality/Process role in an ISO certified facility. processing job function in an established organization
- Possess **ISO9001 Certified Internal Auditor**:

- Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task various projects at the same time and remain poised and calm under pressure
