**What will you do?**:
This role reports to our Head of the Medical Function and is based in Singapore.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Create proper documentation for a Health Informatics Knowledge Repository, including relevant slides, documents, project management timelines, and domain knowledge.
- Assist in the identification, management, and delivery of research projects, opportunities, and solutions.
- Provide research-backed advice on scientific matters involving operation strategies, product design, clinical processes, and workflows in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Ensure and drive clinical excellence and rigor in the projects delivered by EVYD.
- Develop evidence-based intervention program as part of the Product solution.
- Evaluate clinical outcomes to measure program/ product effectiveness and outcomes and recommend modifications to ensure efficacy and effectiveness for population health management.
- Support and guide the crafting of healthcare and clinical solutions delivered in future digital therapeutics products and other population health products and/or platforms, including product localization. (e.g. designing user and patient journey, provide medical use case etc).
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to improve operational excellence and ensure project deliverables have sound scientific basis and are appropriate in clinical context.
- Review and assess new health technologies and products from medical perspective to provide recommendations on their effectiveness, potential risks, and possible developments.
- Work closely with the medical data specialists, data science and data management teams to uncover new insights and medical conclusions based on real world data including but not limited to electronic medical records, disease registry, and patient reported outcomes, and support the creation and value verification of new data science solutions.
- Work closely with the research team to provide sound clinical advice on their projects to support the creation and value verification of new research ideas/projects.
- Assist internal stakeholders in understanding and managing clinical workflows.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and provide timely feedback to ensure a comprehensive patient experience and successful program implementation.
- Represent EVYD in relevant thought leadership and marketing activities and where possible present the work of the organisation at various events, e.g. regional and international conferences, workshops/seminars, and guest lectures.
**Travel requirements**:
This role will require occasional travel, up to 20% of the time, to meet our clients and stakeholders in our countries of business.
**What skills do you need?**:
**Human skills**:
- Self-starter with a good sense of judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to communicate healthcare processes clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent, self-motivated, and thrives in an ambiguous environment.
**Base technical skills**:
- Previous experience in product research and development, software development lifecycle, and/or project management methodology such as Agile will be a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional degree in Medicine, or Clinical Healthcare, with and/or postgraduate qualifications in the fields of Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare informatics, MBA or related fields.
- More than 5 years of working experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with experience in HealthTech, Healthcare data analytics, or Health Informatics.
