Risk Management Product Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and maintain multiple risk internal product modules, including case management systems, name lists, transaction monitoring systems, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends to provide strategic input for product development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on risk management products.
- Strong knowledge of risk management mechanisms and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and launching products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Crypto related experience would be advantageous.
