**About our client**:Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company that is expanding their existing operations in Singapore.

**Work Location**:Jurong Island (Company transport is provided to and from Jurong East MRT station)

**About the role**:

- To Coordinate maintenance activities between the Production and Technical departments and assist with GCM/SDM MA & MO activities.
- Support work permit and authorization processes.
- Attend daily operation and maintenance meetings to provide updates on progress and maintain alignment with planned activities.
- Oversee all maintenance tasks, including safe permit issuance, lockout-tagout preparation, GSAP approval, and assisting relevant teams to ensure successful completion of maintenance work.
- Prepare equipment for the transition from maintenance to commissioning, ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively.
- Support Capital Projects/MOC activities, ensuring that blanking, isolation, LOTO, and flushing procedures are followed for safe handling.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Engineers during the planning and commissioning stages of transition and turnaround activities.
- Prepare markup PIDs for all GCM activities during the transition period to ensure safe and timely start-up.
- Work with shift team supervisors to ensure maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, washing, and follow-up jobs by technical or in-house contractors, are completed before handing over to production.
- Assist with work permitting and work authorization activities.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

**About you**:

- Relevant experience in the chemical industry.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
