Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations, the Sale Enablement Manager is responsible for the marketing automation platform to enhance our sales and marketing activities.
Main Accountabilities
Creating and maintaining complex Eloqua segment templates.
Provide timely resolution and update to marketing and sales teams’ support requests.
Create Eloqua reports and dashboards; prepare analysis for marketing programs, events, marketing and sales funnel.
Work closely with INSEAD IT teams.
5 years of experience as a Marketing Automation Manager or in a similar position.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Business.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and HubSpot.
Extensive knowledge and user experience research methods, such as A/B testing and multivariate statistics.
A proven track record of working successfully with multiple teams while maintaining the precarious balance of need and want.
Experience with regularly cadenced business reporting to stakeholders.
Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of CRM and Salesforce systems in particular.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and thrive in a friendly and open culture with a desire to share new ideas and work hard towards common goals.
