**Position Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader As the Sales Manager, you will work directly with the founder & General Manager to lead and manage the brand’s offline sales operations. You will be developing and executing on offline sales strategy to drive growth and profitability. You will build a high-performing sales team through hiring, training, and leading. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to effectively meet the company's strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Preparing financial projections and sales targets
- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Recruit sales personnel, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Ensure that Sterra’s Sales targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Develop plans to use new technologies to improve business processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of offline Sales experience from an e-commerce or retail background, with experience leading a sales team
- Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment

**Other Information**:

- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT may be required from time to time depending on business needs.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
