Caterpillar currently has an opportunity for an **Engineering Intern**, in our Oil & Gas Division in Singapore, for a period of 3 months.

**What You Will Do**:

- Working across all functional lines, you will be assigned a combination of responsibilities in performing engineering design and calculations, drawings creation, organization of design reviews, and basic project management.
- Learn about Surface Wellhead Products and Ancillary equipment
- Learn Oil and Gas related engineering processes.
- Learn engineering softwares such as Solidworks, Autocad, Mathcad, etc.
- Perform basic engineering design verification such as calculations and FEA for different wellhead products
- Perform basic engineering design validation such as stack-up tests for different wellhead products
- Participate in engineering design meetings and training courses

**What You Have**:

- Undergraduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in MS office (such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Solidworks
- Fast learner
- Good written and verbal English communication skills to communicate with all levels of external and internal personnel
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies

**Additional Info**:
This position is on 5-day work week, with 3 days required in the office for optimal collaboration. The office is located at 57 Mohamed Sultan Road.
