**Responsibilities**

Development, implementation, and oversight of the interrelated, highly complex, global categories’ plans from a regional perspective

Responsible for reaching the set goals or KPIs

Strengthen your supplier relationships

Create an internal business partner relationship management system.

Proactive discovery of development potential and wealth creation potential

Market information, reporting, and price forecasting

Adoption of agreed-upon procurement procedures

Whenever necessary, implement non-conformance management (NCM).

Drive the implementation of sustainability goals and aid in the advancement of the categories of the palm sustainability

Assume proactive and reactive regional sourcing responsibilities for the categories Strive for ongoing development and value creation within the relevant category and assume responsibility for boosting efficiency

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Marketing, Chemistry or related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience (preferably in oleochemical value chain) in Procurement, Sales and/or Marketing

Negotiation skills & techniques

Supply chain and value chain knowledge

Decision taking under incomplete information basis
