**Administrative Assistant (Immediate 2 mths Temp | Tanjong Pagar | Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm|
- Our client, a reputable Japan’s MNC in wholesale of fuels is actively seeking a temporary admin support to ensure the effective daily operations of their office. If you are an organized and highly motivated individual, join them now**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receiving/Collecting/Distributing of Mails / Courier Services
- Coordinating of maintenance work and office housekeeping
- Packing, unpacking, distributing of cartons/tapes & managing inventory
- coordinating colour coding for furniture, equipment, and packed cartons for ease of relocation to the right destination of new office
- collecting, dismantling & discarding used cartons; settling down in new office miscellaneous work
- Coordinating disposal of unwanted furniture, television sets and telephones to recycle contractor
- General administration duties
- Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good written English, fluent spoken English.
- Good PC skills (WORD and EXCEL)
- Have office facility maintenance and administration experience
- Minimum GCE N Level / ITE Office Admin

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Work Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- Basic Salary: $2000
- 2 months temporary position from Oct (Opportunity to convert to permanent position)
