- Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for improvement through Blockchain technology across the global supply chain. Partner with multiple organizations in identifying new opportunities and communicate strategic direction with business leaders
- Own, plan and execute the full life cycle of blockchain and software development as a digital supply chain project, from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation and support
- Provide implementation strategy on blockchain platform and infrastructure, including relevant services, framework and libraries
- Collaborate with enterprise infrastructure IT teams, facilitate works with external supply chain and technical partners
- Promote blockchain technology knowledge and best practices within the team and the larger global supply chain organization

Education and Experience Required:

- **
- At least 3 years of development experience with one or more following blockchain platforms: R3 Corda, Hyperledger Fabric, DAML, Enterprise Ethereum
- At least 3 years of development experience in one or more of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript and Node.js.
- At least 2 years of team and project management portfolio, including management of budget, risk and project lifecycle

Knowledge and Skills:

- **
- Experience in Software and Blockchain Development Lifecycle (continuous development, testing, integration and delivery) process is required, preferably with agile methods like Scrum, modern DevOps tools and workflows
- Experience in internal/external consultancy, thought leadership in using blockchain technology to solve business problems and end-to-end project management would be an advantage
- Project management and leadership experience with geographically distributed teams would be an advantage
- Experience in smart contracts development and testing is required
- Experience in network operations, technical architecture design and implementation in past projects is would be required
- Experience in designing high-availability systems, monitoring and engineering system performance would be an advantage
- Experience in modern front-end development (Angular, React, Vue) or mobile development would be an advantage.
- Experience in frameworks for service integration, microservices and Application Programming Interface (API) development would be required (e.g. GraphQL)
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and/or related industry experience would be preferred
- Certification in Blockchain technologies would be an advantage (e.g. developer certification)
