Blockchain Engineer

This is a remote position.
- Be a key member of the technical team who assists in architecting cryptocurrency plans and platform selection along with wallet integrations
- Develop and maintain blockchain software (including integrations, security & testing) in a performant, high-uptime environment
- Build products based on various well-established blockchain protocols
- Integrate with blockchain protocols from various backend servers, supporting the creation of APIs and integrations
- Develop to highest security best practices
- Implement test-driven development; drive test automation
- Help identify product requirements and design architecture with Products and Engineering teams
- Improve test coverage of codebase
- Work with the team to guide the company product roadmap;
- Work with the team to guide the company development process
**Requirements**:
- Experience developing in Ethereum or L2;
- Experience in managing blockchain nodes;
- Passion for Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, L2;
- 5+ years experience with JavaScript/Typescript, Rust, Golang;
- Experience in blockchain and/or decentralized architectures, consensus and/or cryptographic systems;
- Demonstrated excellence in software engineering including exposure to distributed systems, scalability, and algorithms;
- Understanding of systems operations, backend development & cross-platform data management.
**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
