**Get to know the Role**

As an individual contributor, you will manage complex, multi-functional projects from start to finish, focusing on how Grab serves businesses across Southeast Asia. Collaborating with partners, you will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with team members across the company. Being a bridge between engineering and business teams, you will work with colleagues from all parts of Grab's operations to deliver new features improving millions of passengers, drivers, and merchants daily. Your mission is to accelerate impact, remove inefficiencies, lead prioritisation, and improve technology processes.

**The Critical Tasks You Will Perform**

You will manage project timelines, define milestones, monitor and report progress, identify risks, and resolve impediments. You will work with multiple teams consisting of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and QA to ensure successful program delivery. You will be the primary communication interface for complex programs that span across multiple engineering organizations. You will coach teams on delivery frameworks and methodologies suited to their needs. You will lead roadmap planning and prioritization processes. You will find ways to help teams and the organization improve their delivery methods.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management, stakeholder management, and resource allocation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for large-scale programs
- Experience in managing project or program resources
- Solid understanding of software development processes and current technology trends
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus
