Reporting to the Assistant Director, EEE Students Office in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the incumbent plays a vital role role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive student support: Offer guidance, mentorship, and resources to help students succeed academically and personally.
- Manage student programs: Oversee various programs designed to support student well-being, such as peer tutoring and academic intervention programs.
- Coordinate special accommodations: Ensure that students with special educational needs have access to appropriate accommodations and support.
- Maintain records and communicate with stakeholders: Keep accurate records of student interactions and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in counselling, education, social work or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education sector or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with student and staff.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
- Good computer skills including MS Office Suite, and database usage.
