**Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Administration Manager in all administration works.
- Perform stocktaking and maintain all stock taking records.
- Assist in processing all claims, payments and invoices.
- Assist in transport and vehicle arrangement.
- Assist in administrative, office maintenance and procurement.
- Assist in Authority submission and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player.
