**Core responsibilities**:

- Monitor and consolidate Purchase Orders and submit to account department for billing
- Monitor overseas shipments & freights (familiar with shipping documentation such as: import & export documents, packing list, invoicing, bill of landing & insurance)
- Monitor fine from shipping line and back charge to shipper/customer
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of materials in order to obtain best cost, on time delivery and acceptable standards
- Monitor selling prices and Sales Orders
- Responsible for managing, plan and monitoring the procurement process
- Proper recording for all the admin charges & fine etc. from main contractors
- Provide administrative & operational supports to a sales team
- Organize and maintain file and records
- Files and correspondence and other records Assist and perform all tasks assigned by Snr QS / QS / respective superior

**Job Specifications
**Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience Required**:
ITE/ ‘O’ levels / ‘A’ levels / Diploma Holders

**Skills and Knowledge required**:

- Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good team player
- Computer literate in Microsoft office
- Preferable able to converse in Mandarin
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication
