**Purpose**

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team plays a critical role in providing technological solutions to various HR functions within the organization. The team drives process improvements, and automation initiatives that improves data accuracy and enhance system adoption, so that HR practitioners are able to generate valuable data for strategic decision making, ultimately contributing to more efficient and effective HR management within the organization.**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide support to Head of HRIS to strategize and implement technological solutions for HR across APAC.
- Provide technical advisory and support to HR practitioners to ensure effective and efficient HR operations
- Drive technological solutions for:

- Talent Management
- Compensation Planning
- Employee life cycle management
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Reporting and Analytics
- Engagement and pulse surveys and
- Other new technologies that enhance HR Operational efficiencies
- Manage vendors/contractors under supervision from Head of HRIS with the following parties, to ensure SLA are being met and/or solutions are fully in compliance with business, legal and security requirements:

- Drive data governance and alignment across APAC and other region, whenever applicable.
- Manage and deploy change requests at the regional level (whenever applicable)
- Drive continuous improvement within the HRIS domain
- Provide support to the HRIS Operation Team, on a need be basis, to ensure HR program or day-to-day operations are executed effectively and timely. This may include, but not limited to
- Goals and Performance Management
- Employee Engagement Survey
- Merger & Acquisition
- Reorganization
- Compensation Planning

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably, PMP certified. Function as a PMO (Project Management Office) expert within the HRIS team to perform the following functions:

- Provide continuous improvement to HRIS project management methodology
- Design an operating rhythm for status reporting to HR management on HR Projects and Change requests
- Provide change management support to business owners for systems implementation
- SuccessFactors Talent Management, preferably, with 3-5 years experiences with Learning Management System. Function as a functional expert in HR processes, ideally, in the area of Talent Management. This should include, but not limited to
- Performance management, including continuous performance management
- Competencies management
- Learning & development (LMS)
- Succession Planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to drive end-to-end HR process improvement
- Ability to provide support to the organization for any merger and acquisition, to ensure new businesses or entities data can be successfully migrated into SMBC's HR Management Systems
- Team-player with good presentation skills and ability to articulate system concepts and process flows.
