**Job Title**:Supervisor / General Foreman (Electrical)

To oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with technical standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**:Supervise day-to-day electrical operations on-site, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- **Team Management**:Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
- **Technical Review**:Interpret and review electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications; resolve technical issues on-site.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Scheduling**:Plan and coordinate work schedules, equipment usage, and manpower allocation.
- **Safety Compliance**:Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce health and safety protocols.
- **Material Management**:Order, receive, and distribute materials and tools; track inventory and usage.
- **Reporting**:Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and incident records; communicate updates to project managers.
- May involve working at heights or in confined spaces
- Requires use of PPE and adherence to strict safety protocols
- May need to work on weekends/PH
