- Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
- Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
- Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters)
- Supervision of the siteworks on a day to day basis and issues relating to given project.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specification and work schedule
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
