**Note**:No work pass quota is available for this position.**
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of Customs Declaration Via TradeNet system.
- Handle Inward Documentation.
- Follow up with the Controlling Agencies.
- Coordinate with the Traffic Department for the delivery.
- Liaise with customers for delivery arrangements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
**Job Specifications/Requirements**:
- GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or its equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Must have hands-on experience in TradeNet Declaration for Airfreight matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A Team Player.
- Meticulous and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Possessed a good customer service mindset.
- Able to start work immediately/within short notice.
**Work Arrangement**:
- Working hours : 9:00am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays) & 9:00am to 1.00pm (Alternate Saturdays).
- Working location : 70 Alps Avenue, #03-01/#04-01, Singapore 498801
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
