**Software Support Engineer (Angular)**

Founded in 2003 and operating across 4 countries in South-East Asia**, Solution Details** is one of Singapore’s leading software companies, providing Integrated Retail Solutions and Enterprise software. Our focus is on promoting its Business-to-Business portfolio.

As part of our expansion and growth, we are inviting talented individuals to join our team. This position does not require you to work in Singapore.

**The Role on offer**

You need to be conversant with programming tools specifically Angular 12 and above, possess RXJS and NGRX knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
- Provide solutions to technical problems that cannot be resolved by the customer
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation on issue resolutions
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to customers
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software changes to provide accurate technical support
- Be on standby during weekends to provide on-going uninterrupted support

**Job Requirement**:

- 4+ year experience with Angular / Angular JS development
- Must have strong foundational knowledge of App Design, Software Design, Native App writing ability, complex problem solving, and coding
- In-depth knowledge of with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, Node JS, C#, Angular framework, RxJS and Git.
- A high bar for writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
- Comfortable conversing in English
- Cooperating with the back-end developers while building the RESTful API
- You have a good sense of UI/UX and user-centric design (added advantage)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software support
- Strong understanding of software architecture and programming concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Angular Programming
