Infrastructure Support and Maintenance:

- Knowledge on CPE, AE, ICN, Workplace-XT, and FileNet Image services administration, installation, configuration, and fix pack upgrades.
- Hands on experience in implementing, managing & troubleshooting windows and AIX and Linux for FileNet Administration.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and capacity to ensure availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic infrastructure-related issues under the guidance of senior engineers.

DevOps Practices:

- Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Support containerization efforts using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Workflow Applications Support:

- Collaborate with development teams to understand infrastructure requirements for enterprise workflow systems.
- Security and Compliance:

- Learn and assist in implementing infrastructure security best practices.
- Support efforts to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
- Documentation and Collaboration:

- Document infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting steps, and workflows for team knowledge-sharing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and QA, to support project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications (not required):

- Internship or academic experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or related projects.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with workflow tools or middleware platforms (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow).
- Understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
