**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead two key Finance transformation projects:

- Redesigning Workday Adaptive Planning for improved FP&A.
- Developing Tableau-based BI solutions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Tableau
- Strong FP&A knowledge and financial data modelling skills
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, and ETL tools
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver enterprise-level solutions

A strong communicator with both technical and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and experienced in change management, training, and project delivery.

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g., NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement.
