As a Workday Finance Analyst within the Global Workday Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for providing Workday technical support and maintaining all aspects of Core Financials configuration. Your role involves partnering with Finance and other HR centers of excellence to ensure continuous enhancements to HR and Finance system functionality in alignment with the product's development and company strategy.You will serve as a subject matter expert, applying functional specialist knowledge relevant to Workday releases and evaluating their impact on current and future functionality. Configuring, testing, and maintaining Workday business processes and security policies within your area of specialization will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in routine testing during various stages of Workday's architectural development.In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with internal business partners in Finance and across the organization to provide production support and drive continuous improvement of Finance functionality within Workday. You will also take on global accountability for leading functional improvements tailored to your expertise.Your duties will include acting as a functional consultant for your area of specialization, facilitating communication between Finance, external consultants, and stakeholders on planned projects and migrations. You will be responsible for addressing general HR systems inquiries from global HR teams, researching, escalating, and resolving systems issues as needed.Ensuring data quality within HCM, conducting data and security audits to SOX compliant standards, and supporting Workday training development and delivery to local HR resources are also part of your role. You will provide operational support globally as required and stay updated on enhancements delivered during bi-annual product updates.The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized with attention to detail, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. You must be adaptable to changing priorities, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a drive to deliver continuous improvement in your area of specialization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for disseminating detailed concepts into understandable ideas.Essential Skills and Experience:- Previous experience working with Workday in the Finance Module is mandatory.- Experience in deployment or supporting internal HR clients on HR systems.- Configuration and/or operational experience with Workday business processes, including notifications, security policies, routing, and condition rules.- Some experience in building custom Workday reports and calculated fields.- Working knowledge of the Workday Security Model.- Specialized knowledge of core Finance.,
