**The Position:
The Graduate Engineer supports the MES Team in the design, implementation and testing of functionalities specific to the Company’s bespoke Manufacturing Execution System.

The Graduate Engineer will also assist in coordinating with Stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis of requirements vs MES system functionality.

The Graduate Engineer will play a key role in creating, maintaining and review of documentation in the following aspects:

- User requirements
- Implementation & Testing activities
- Work Instructions (WI)
- Training manual

The Graduate Engineer will be responsible for the following:

- First level support & monitoring of installed systems & related equipment.
- Support Manufacturing on the efficient use of MES; help to troubleshoot issues during MES usage and support end Users in MES navigation.
- Generation and analysis of automation report monthly
- Implement corrective actions to maintain & improve automation levels in Manufacturing sites.

The Graduate Engineer may be required to support Production according to Production schedule. He/she has a keen interest in developing an automated workflow, has strong communication skills and is adept at cross-functional and cross-cultural working environments.

In carrying out the duties, the Graduate Engineer is to ensure that work is done within GMP framework and according to safety standards.

**Requirements:
- Formal Education: Diploma / Degree in relevant Engineering Field (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills: Able to communicate and work with stakeholders and key users - from various functions like production, quality control and IT in Singapore and regionally.
- Team-player: Work in synergy and regularly align projects with team schedule. Willing to share knowledge with others and willing to learn from others.
