As a Centre Administrator, your responsibility is to manage the operations of the centre during the weekends. The operations encompass operational matters, administration, accounts and relationship-building with key stakeholders (i.e Parents, Pupils and Staff).
In order for the centre to have smooth operations, your responsibilities are (but not limited to) as follows:
a) Support and manage the centre daily operations and administration processes during the weekends with efficacy.
b) Responding to students’ and parents’ administrative enquiries and requests with service excellence in mind.
c) Attend to online, call-in and walk-in clients and public enquiries promptly and render assistance.
d) Conduct class visits/ welcome orientations/ inductions (if applicable).
f) Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping personal and data information confidential.
g) Create and maintain billing records and receipts records with accuracy.
h) Design and create artworks and videos for materials, marketing brochures, posters and social media.
i) Maintain the cleanliness of the centre.
j) Any other tasks/ actions/ duties that are deemed important to ensure the smooth operations of company(s).
**Requirement**:
- Possess a ITE certificate in Nitec Office Skills or a local diploma in any field
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
- You should also display a professional appearance, coupled with an excellent set of interpersonal skills.
- You should be an energetic and highly motivated individual.
- Attend to telephone and customer enquiries and fees collection.
- Generate invoices, fees collection( giro and bank transfer)
- Any other duties assigned by RO
Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday
Time: 10am-2pm
