DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Marketing & Advocacy (Giving Week)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**:

- All-rounded marketing communications role for the annual national SG Cares Giving Week movement, including idea creation, stakeholder management, end-to-end execution from conceptualization to implementation, working closely with agency partners on through-the-line marketing, media planning and creative concepts.
- Manage creative & media agencies, internal/external stakeholders and partnerships.
- Identify and set clear strategy and success indicators prior to campaign launch. Monitor progress throughout the campaign and analyze success indicators and/or response indicators post-campaign.
- Ability to lead & work independently as well as in a team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the campaign is successfully carried out, meeting the objectives and goals set.
- Foster meaningful and collaborative partnerships with other partners (e.g. corporates, non-profit organisations).
- Content creation and content marketing for relevant platforms such as social media, website etc.
- Provide support and work closely with the Events team for SG Cares Giving Week-related events.
- Budget management and support in administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A University degree or similar accreditation, preferably in Marketing
- 5 years or more experience in a marketing role
- Good relationship management skills with experience in managing creative & media agencies, external vendors and stakeholders/partners
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Ability to present and communicate and articulate confidently ideas, plans and organise meetings, discussions and conferences with an impeccable attention to detail
- Not afraid to take on heavy responsibility
- Ability to speak out respectfully with suggestions and solutions
