KCP APAC Business Planning Leader

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Drive Supply Chain operational excellence across clusters & plants to ensure consistent delivery of business objectives
- Lead strategic thinking on Supply Chain imperatives focused on sourcing, planning and S&OP
- Establish Demand Planning COE to drive standardization across and implement best practices in S&OP across clusters
- Develop Operating Strategies and aligned ways of working which will enable efficient Go To Market Operations for both shared & dedicated supply chains - this will include and not limited to (Demand strategy, Capacity strategy for owned and outsourced models, Deployment and inventory approach, and partner with procurement for RM/PM and supplier development
- Analyse and recommend Route To Market approach for key KCP markets working with cluster supply chain leaders
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for KCP-specific suppliers (multi-sourcing) and responsible categories
- SKU portfolio optimization owner (in partnership with Cat team)
- Lead specific initiatives when needed for OGiSM success in KCP
- Build capability in the region leveraging global best practices and tools in areas of Demand, Logistics and EXIM

**Essential Knowledge/ Experience**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a engineering, business, science or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in CPG across regional roles in planning, continuous improvement, with proven track record of tangible impact via demonstrated hands-on roles
- Experience in working in matrix and complex organizations, leading change, managing and successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships
- Experience in managing teams and defining and implementing strategies in uncharted areas of business
