**Remuneration Package**:Up to $6500.00/- per month (with AWS + VB)

**Job Description:
- Develop and strengthen the Group’s risks management framework, methodologies, system, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of the risk management programme across the organization.
- Identify and assess potential risks from the environments, entities, and functions, evaluate the impact across the organization, engage risk owners to develop appropriate controls and tracking metrics to mitigate and monitor the risks.
- Work closely with the entities and functions to ensure timely preparation, analysis and reporting of risks to the stakeholders.
- Partner the entities and business functions in strengthening the risk management practices.
- Drive and promote a strong risk culture throughout the organisation.
- Identify, develop, design, and deliver trainings in risk management and risk awareness to strengthen competencies.
- Provide risk advisory; plan, execute and deliver risk assessment on projects and initiatives.
- Implement leading practices, systems, and technologies in risk management to drive continuous improvements. Support the Group Data Protection in the planning, execution and delivery of personal data protection projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications/Requirments**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or professional qualification in Audit, Accountancy, Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- A good and effective team player, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
