We are currently seeking a **Advanced Test Engineer** to join our **SPS/PSS** team in our **Singapore** office. Reporting to the **Engineering Manager,** your focus will be on the following areas:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hardware system reliability testing (printers and printer accessories)
- Establish reliability specs for new projects, test scoping, schedule and cost estimate
- Test execution and test management with internal and external vendors or operators
- Application of statistical analysis tool (Weibull, capability analysis, DOE)
- Management reporting of test progress and reports

**Key Experience & Capabilities**:

- Familiar with test standards (IEC, ISO, ISTA etc.)
- Working with external test facilities (bookings, cost management, test execution)
- Manage test operators/testers to execute testing on site.
- Able to report out defects to core team & track defect closure. Experience in using a defect tracing tool such as a JIRA is preferred.
- Experience in managing external supplier - Contract design and manufacturing model
