**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support senior wedding planners with day-to-day tasks and ensure every detail is perfectly managed.
- Help to research and coordinate with vendors such as, but not limited too, caterers, florists, and photographers to bring wedding visions to life.
- Assist in organising everything from transportation and accommodations to event layouts and guest management.
- Create detailed timelines for weddings, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Be hands-on at weddings, assisting with setup, coordinating with vendors, and making sure everything goes off without a hitch
- Help manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure all spending aligns with clients expectations.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table by staying updated on the latest wedding trends and industry best practices.
- Handle administrative tasks like preparing contracts, managing RSVPs, and maintaining client files.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for weddings, events, and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-pressure environments (especially on event days)
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be available on weekends for events, when required.
- Willing to learn.
- Has strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Marketing and Social Media Support: Assist in promoting the company’s services by contributing content to social media channels, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
