On behalf of one of its clients, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for an
**_IT-Apps Team Lead_**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES***:
1 - Manage the activities of the IT-Apps team:

- Lead, nurture and inspire the team in line with organization values and objectives
- Set the objectives for the team
- Coordinate delivery of projects (between business requirements, internal efforts and outsourced partners and vendors)
- Track project progress and schedules
- Ensures regular reporting and communication
- Set KPIs and tools to facilitate team work, collaboration and success for the team
- Participate to the functional analysis of IT needs (pedagogical, finance, procurement, HR, facilities, health & safety, legal)
- Explore and benchmark new solutions
- Propose new solutions and support business cases for decision making
- Plan and manage projects in an agile and flexible manner
- Test and coordinate the testing of the delivered solutions with the users
- Ensure specifications are met and sign-off
- Deploy the solutions and organize trainings for the relevant stakeholders (IT-support team, managers, end-users)
- Ensure apps are maintained and coordinate with the vendors
- Support subsequent continuous improvements and business stakeholders
- Ensures documentation and deliverables are complete and up-to-date
- Overview data flows to ensure data is up to date in all the systems and database
- Overview data security and access rights to ensure only authorized users
- Setup dashboards and automated reporting to feed pertinent data to team members and stakeholders
- Ensure proper escalation of tickets and ensure tickets are handled accordingly at L1, L2 and L3 level.

**Requirements**:

- Master in Computer Sciences, Information Technology- 3-5 years’ experience in team leadership capacity
- ITIL certified
- Project Management experience and PMP or Prince2 certified
- Good understanding of cyber security with a Cybersecurity certification (ISC2 CC or

equivalent)
- Strong technical capabilities in databases (SQL), integration, scripting (Powershell)
- Excellent communication skills
- Out-of-the box thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Organized and methodical, capable of coordinating and delivering projects on time and on

budget
- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory to communicate with stakeholders (staff,

institution, vendors) in both languages
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Management - Commercially oriented, preferably having worked in direct sales - Supported consulting and consultative sales - At least 5 - 6 years of relevant work experience - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt to the changing needs of a start-up; highly developed ability to listen deeply
