HR & Admin Executive

Coordinate office activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy
- Control and maintain stocks and inventories responsibly to ensure all department can operate smoothly
- Ensure office and HR related equipment is working and properly maintained
- Liaise with relevant authorities for permits/compliance with local regulations/laws
- Receive and distribute incoming communication from HQ to staff
- Ensure a fair recruitment plan, oversee new hiring and conduct interviews
- Brief new staff on company policy and carry out orientation for all new staff
- Source for external training when requested (Eg: ERT, Basic Life Support)
- Record keeping of personal training files
- Provide regular, accurate, and up to date feedback and information to their immediate superior
- To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
- To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that KidZania’s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all time.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- At least 1 year of experience in related field
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Multitasking and meeting strict deadlines
- Articulate and assertive in communicating ability
- Analytical and meticulous for details
- High integrity and able to work independently
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
