**1. Contexte / Context**:
You will be part of the Fleet IT support team where your mission will be Vessel IT support and delivery of

IT services to the vessels.

**2. Mission et Responsabilités / Missions**:
**Your main missions will be to**:

- Help Vessel IT CMA CGM to provide support on vessel while respecting IT standard.
- Deploy and implement IT Systems and Vessel Applications to CMA CGM fleet.
- Coordinate maintenance services on board though various service suppliers, during your

support activities.
- Ensure the good IT systems implementation and maintenance as per Vessel IT Security policies

and Cyber Security guidelines onboard vessels.
- Ensure that Incident / Service request tickets meet SLA and update / resolving timely.
- Create IT procedure if needed.
- Follow IT Standard process for Vessel

3. Compétences Requises / Required Skills &Technical Environment:

- Around 3 years of relevant experience providing IT Support, ideally in the maritime industry
- General IT knowledge (Backup, AntiVirus, Anti-malware, PCs)
- Strong knowledge Workplace, Network and Infrastructure
- Experience with Windows configurations & IT Project Management
- Knowledge on Maritime IT and Cyber risk would be an added advantage
- Good Leadership with experience on multi country
- Integrity, resilience, creativity and team spirit are essential in this work.
- This position also requires great availability and can be need some 24/7 actions
- Occasional ship-boarding may be required
