**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Managing Director and Head of Project in handling all project-related matters and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and organize project-related jobs, ensuring proper scheduling and timely completion.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and specifications, ensuring all activities align with project goals.
- Create jobs in the system, updating relevant information and documentation as required.
- Maintain inventory control, overseeing stock-keeping, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of project materials and supplies.
- Act as a key liaison between the Sales and Operations departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and send invoices for projects promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Obtain and compare project quotations from suppliers and vendors, negotiating favourable terms for the company.
- Address inquiries on behalf of the Head of Project or Managing Director.
- Undertake escort duties, including trucking that requires LTA escort, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
- Work in an open environment located at the yard, overseeing and managing project activities with a hands-on approach.
