**This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.**

**Working Location: Tuas Yard**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Prepare costing and request quotation from subcontractors based on specified work scope
- Liaise, negotiate and award subcontractors based on lowest quoted prices
- Review/verify subcontractors final invoices and additional claims
- Source new subcontractors in accordance with various trades requirement, if required
- Registration of new subcontractors into yard approved list
- Review and monitor payment to subcontractors
- Review and monitor Resident Contractors head count due for renewal/cancellation of work permits
- Review and evaluate subcontractors rating on performance and workmanship
- To set up tariff and term contracts for common work scopes
- To evaluate and assist in full and final settlement with sub contractors’ claim.
- Minimum (3) years working experience in the field of ship repairs.
- Diploma / Engineering in Marine, Mechanical, Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering
- Working Location :Tuas
- Meticulous
- Working Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm (Transportation provided)
