**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Daml, or other blockchain programming languages.
- Design and implement blockchain network architecture and distributed ledger systems.
- Create digital exchanges, digital identities, and tokenization flows.
- Implement cryptographic protocols and ensure secure blockchain transactions.
- Work with P2P networks, staking mechanisms, and consensus algorithms.
- Utilize Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for deployment and scaling.
- Ensure compliance with financial services, payments, and cryptocurrency industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, distributed ledger, smart contracts, and tokenization.
- Hands-on experience with smart contract development in Solidity, Daml, Rust, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Go, or Python.
- Experience designing blockchain networks and digital identity solutions using Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP).
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and blockchain security protocols.
- Familiarity with P2P networks, staking mechanisms, and consensus algorithms.
- Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of financial services, payments, and cryptocurrency industries.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Hyperledger, Ethereum, or other blockchain frameworks.
