1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and gather requirements for blockchain-based projects.

2. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas where blockchain technology can bring value and efficiency.

3. Work closely with blockchain developers and technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of blockchain solutions.

4. Develop comprehensive business and technical documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.

5. Utilize your expertise in cryptocurrencies, blockchain platforms, and smart contracts to provide insights and guidance on technology choices.

6. Stay updated on emerging trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes in the crypto and blockchain space.

7. Assist in the planning and execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives.

8. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring the success of blockchain projects.

9. Support clients in the implementation, testing, and deployment of blockchain solutions.

10. Provide ongoing support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications in blockchain technology are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain projects.

4. Familiarity with various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.

5. Understanding of smart contracts and their use cases.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex technical concepts.

7. Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

8. Experience in the crypto and blockchain industry is preferred.
