**Summary of the position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a pool of Process Control Experts and LEAD (Leading Enterprise Analysis & Diagnostics) Analysts in the HyCO process as part of their technical development path.
- Perform/ update process control strategy fine-tuning of HyCO plants
- Implement and support the LEAD analysts to maintain APC Advance Feed Forward or Multi Variable Predictive Control of HyCO plants
- Support site people to implement trip abatement and alarm killing in order to achieve the level required by SIO (Smart Innovative Operations)
- Support, when needed, Cluster Industrial Direction and SIO teams in diverse Smart Manufacturing projects (ASU APC, autostart, base layer process control etc.)
- Support the training of SIO LEAD analysts within the field of process control [both ASU (Air Separation Unit) and HyCO process]
- Improve the plant efficiency
- Generate savings implement the Process Control strategies

**Competencies and Profile**
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in the ASU/HyCO process and familiar with Yokogawa programming preferably.
- Good project management, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong management experience and working with a team.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and participate in multiple projects across countries.
