**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Deliver top-notch technical support and service during on-site visits
- Handle installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing based on work orders
- Identify and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer networks and systems
- Collaborate with Sales and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth, successful deployments
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty
- Build strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients

**What You’ll Need**:

- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Telecommunications, ICT, Networking, or any IT-related field
- A genuine interest in hands-on fieldwork and client-facing roles
- Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and system administration is a plus
