**Project Manager (UX and Design) Singapore**

Maker Lab is looking for a dynamic individual to join an exciting project we’ve embarked on with our technology client. Our client's brand is complex and innovative and paving the way for creative avenues to revolutionalise the payment industry in unconventional ways.

As a project manager in our design team, you will be pivotal in managing their design journey and design systems to help the wider teams achieve design success in the app and platform.

Role:

- Provide operational excellence across UX teams to deliver high-quality user-centric designs for implementation
- Facilitate meetings, UX crits and design reviews to ensure alignment on design principles and consistency in design execution
- Track and report project health weekly, including communicating status and impending or projected results.
- Support UX in cross-functional collaborations with Engineering, Product, and Program Management teams to innovate and resource planning to achieve business goals
- Constantly improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment.

You:

- 5 years of experience in Program or Project Management, Product Operations, or a related field
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with UX design, user research, user-centred development tools and processes, and/or creative output coordination
- Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation
- Ability to multitask, analyse opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems
- Ability to work across organisational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritise work
- Ability to execute working with executive stakeholders and building strategic relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
