Tesla Digital Pte Ltd is a growing digital marketing agency based in Singapore, specializing in social media management, Google marketing, Meta marketing, TikTok marketing, media production, and video content creation. We are passionate about helping brands grow their digital presence with creativity and measurable results.

We are seeking a **hands-on Managing Director**who is ready to take full ownership of the business operations, drive growth, and lead Tesla Digital into its next phase of success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grow the business by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Independently manage all aspects of the business, including:
Content production (video shooting, editing, media creation)
Social media management (Meta, TikTok, Google platforms)
Digital marketing campaign setup and optimization
- Report directly to the owner on business performance, strategies, and milestones.
- Work effectively with people from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok marketing).
- Knowledge of B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent content production skills, including video shooting and editing.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of business activities in the early stages.
- Open to learning new business areas and exploring growth opportunities.
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented.
